What's the best way to adopt a new daily habit?

During this pandemic period, this few tips I want to share will be useful for a daily productive life.

They include:

Wake up Earlier.

Make a to-do List.

Prioritize Your Time.

Exercise (diverse of them are out there. Yoga is a great example).

Leave Your Down -Time for the End of the day.
