Ways to improve your daily Life-Mind

            

Happy weekend great people, here are a few ways you could assist yourself and arouse your brain activity daily.

They include:

Reading at least 3-5 pages of a book daily         Listen to Classical music

Learning to plan your days ahead

Eat Brain-Foods. This could be searched for on the internet

Write in your journal daily                                   Drink plenty of water

Play Games like crosswords, Sudoku, or any challenging game. It keeps the brain alarming

Listen to Audiobooks. You can get easily on different web

Learn something new every day             

Sleep well

Exercise 4-5 times a week (Regular to say)      Eat Nutritious food and do it slowly

Having our Breakfast                                                                            

 GIVE UP ON ALCOHOL and SMOKING

Dance, Read your Holy Book, and talk to God  delete your social media if necessary
