Happy weekend great people, here are a few ways you could assist yourself and arouse your brain activity daily.

challenging game. It keeps the brain alarming

Sleep
well
Exercise 4-5 times a week (Regular to say) Eat Nutritious food and
do it slowly
Having our Breakfast
GIVE UP ON ALCOHOL and SMOKING
Dance, Read your Holy Book, and talk to God delete your social media if necessary
